I've been having so many crashes with my system. I cannot have even a 4.8Ghz clock with normal temperatures. I do have a 240mm radiator with 4 total fans cooling the thing. I get a spike in temperatures at 94°C while booting windows. 39-50°C while idle, and up to 97°C while gaming, but usually around mid 80s.

I've tried many things, like setting BIOS settings to typical scenario, worst case scenario, down-clocking to 4.2Ghz (to keep temps down and keep stability).

CPU also is always at max turbo (4.8Ghz) even at idle, and voltages are all over the place, along with the fluctuating core clock when I enable power saving mode in edit power plan in windows.

I'm still very new to all of this stuff. Could someone help me out and identify what's going on? The system seems to not crash with one successful play session of the master chief collection, but temps are way too high. Is there any pointers? Thanks.
