I have just built a system with a new 13600k. Everything runs really well except that the CPU seems a bit too slow. First, here are the systems specs: https://imgur.com/a/2VD9UtP
After finishing the build I ran Cinebench to see if temperatures were staying alright. However the whole multicore test did not ever bring the CPU over 55 degrees, which is a bit odd.
To me it looks like the CPU is never really boosting but I might be wrong.

Am I reading this wrong or is there some kind of problem? I have put together PCs before, but this issue seems to be a bit above my paygrade.
