I only lost four games and tied twice, and I've ranked up on ties multiple times before too. Something seems off when you win an overwhelming amount more than you lose and still aren't ranking up. I've noticed that since CS2 came out, there have been a few times (usually after game updates), where my rank will shoot up drastically each game as if it is catching up finally. So, it feels like the ranks are just jacked up, and I can't get out of Silver no matter how well I play.
