Hey everyone, this is my first time posting on this subreddit. Recently, I bought an HP Omen 17 ck2009nt laptop that was displayed as a demo in the store for 1-2 months (with a $600 discount). When I tested the laptop, I came across a few problems. The first one was a buzzing sound coming from the left speaker, which seemed acceptable considering the $600 price discount. The second issue was that the benchmark results on 3DMark, Superposition, and UserBenchmark were below average. Since I don't have many people around me who understand computers, I'm open to every opinion about possible solutions and whether I should ask for a refund or not. Thank you for every comment.
