Hello,

I've made some BIOS changes to save some temps on my CPU as per advice from this video from JayzTwoCents https://youtu.be/s43Auv8ub7w?si=0Buuoqk7ixh–E3S

My clock speeds have dropped from 5000Mhz to 4200 because it his power throttling very early now. (when using cinebench, at 250W mark)
I've turned xmp1 and AI overclock on in BIOS as Jay had recommended to fix this clock speed loss but it doesn't change the massive drop in performance.

Any way to fix this? I have an I7-11th gen

Before it was stable 5000MHz all the time and never power throttled, but of course could become very hot.
