I thought about a world in which there is a full-fledged virtual space, a metaverse, an online life simulator and all that stuff.
Or remote control of an artificial body, as in "avatar" or "surrogates".
This thing would definitely captivate people, everyone would want to live in a better world. Well, I think we've all seen this before.
But don't you think that this will be banned sooner or later? People will not go out, they will not work (production in that world has clearly been automated for a long time, but this still sounds somehow strange), all life will slowly turn into virtuality, people will stop reproducing and many other bad things.
So it seems to me that this would be blocked. But what would happen next? How would people protest against this, what loopholes would they find to return to virtuality (for example, perhaps this would still be allowed for people with disabilities and some sorts of special services, and people would carry out scams related to this), how would violators be caught?
I haven’t figured out how to formulate this idea more clearly, I’m just suggesting that you take a closer look in this direction, there is something in it.
