In a time where almost everyone seems like a bunch of p*****s complaining left and right about everything we also need to say Thanks when it's due.
In a community that has been having it's share of jerks there's people that stand out for it's kindness and willingness to help others even at hefty cost for them.
Last Sunday I got a player that helped me in the past and that I friended get in touch with me and ask "Have you got everything already?" to which I replied that I was only missing the damned Scorcher Schematic despite having done the Red Worm at least a dozen times. Right then and there he geared up and got a friend of his to join us a we were going to try that pesky non complying worm one more time.
Me and he's friend went to T2 for a couple contracts and then to T3 for more contracts while he Scorched around gathering the USB's and joined us. We met other group on T3 and merged squads and things went south since the new squad got full and I was alone. No biggie, I'll just follow around, it's no problem.
I went down and used my revive kit but then it happened again and I didn't thought clearly, since they were nearby I thought one of them would revive me as soon as they could so I did nothing and obviously died and the game ended. I should have plead for help.
We were still talking and laughing of the situation.
I thought that it was a sign, the darn Red Worm was laughing of me, and I should kiss the hopes of that Scorcher Schematic goodbye.
Well when they ended that match they re-geared and we went to redo it all over again.
We did fought the Red Worm and stubborn she didn't gave me my Scorcher Schematic.
But the Red Worm did a mistake that time, she gave the Scorcher Schematic to my friend friend and she gave it to me.
