Is this regular Hynix A die?

It's a Kingston OEM stick with part number H5CG48AE8D-X018 on the chips. The default JEDEC speed is 4800 though, I thought A die OEM sticks are 5600 by default?

Also I usually see H5CG48AGBD-X018 on every Hynix kit but this one has an E instead of G

I can get them for dirt cheap, around half the price of a normal kit, worth it?
