So I've been trying to play this game for a few days now and nothing seems to work. Every single time I try to play it crashes the second I try to load into a match with the error 11960 N. Every time this happens I get a 1-2 GB update in battle.net. I've scanned and repaired the game 5 times, updated Windows, and updated drivers. The only fix I can find for this error code is to lower the CPU clock speed with intel XTU which I can't do because I'm not using an intel cpu nor is it unlocked. I was able to play one match of resurgence after launching the game in safe mode but now that doesn't seem to work anymore.
As I was writing this and trying to load into a match my computer blue screened after the game crashed. WTAF is happening? is this an issue with the game or my computer? im playing on an rog ally with an AMD Ryzen Z1 and 16 GB ram.
