My motherboard is an Asrock z390 phantom gaming 4. My temps are around 30C idle and my cooling system should be sufficient to cool this chip at 5ghz. Even if I max out all temp/current/time limits, it still won’t go above 4.6 on all cores. My voltage will move if I change it, but no boost in clock. My voltage is currently I little high for 4.6mhz but I’m changing it now. I don’t know if I’m missing a setting, or something isn’t working properly; any help would be greatly appreciated. Can provide more pictures.
