Wondering if temperature is the only thing that leads to degradation or if it's also the over all stress on the cpu unit.

Patriot extreme 8000(running @ 7200 bc of mobo/lack of dimm oc experience)
Using xtu I have these results only hitting 90 degrees on avx2 test and memory stress tests.
Is this alright or will I diminish the cpu over time?
