Hello overclockers and enthusiasts. I just installed my new 14900KS, and I figured I’d share my preliminary findings.

I seem to have lost the silicon lottery once again. SP 100, P-core 113, E-core 76. It’s 6.2ghz VID is 1.533v. It’s still looking very nice compared to any average 14900k with a very low 56x VID @ 1.344.

I have it configured using the Intel spec 320w extreme configuration from their datasheet. Pl1, pl2 = 320. CPU current limit = 400A. Inside windows it runs stock at 59x all core and 62x two cores. E cores are 45x at stock settings.

Preliminary benchmarks are showing it to be substantially better than my stock 14900k(253w/307a). It is also slightly better than the 14900k overclocked(320w/400a).

My first impression is that this CPU is substantially better than a stock 14900k. However, it is only slightly better than an unchained 14900k.

Full benchmarks, stability guide, and results coming soon.
