I’ve been trying to stabilize 4300mhz+ on my Z490 Maximus formula XII. I believe I am close, but the mobo training seems to be ruining it I think.
So I’m currently 2×16, 4300mhz at 16-16-16-36. Tightened majority of the timings, at 1.505v dimm. Sa and io are 1.28/1.25 tested in VST passed an hour. So the ram, passes 8hrs of TM5 absolut, I go restart the system, test again, and fails within 10 mins. RTL and IOL’s trained the same both times at 64 62 8 8. Really not sure how I could get this stable, it feels like I’m close but so far. Was thinking I could get 4400mhz stable on this board, and that 4500 was reserved for apex. Maybe I’m wrong? Anyways, any guidance would be great. I’ll post my asrock here, any bios settings or bios’ I should try, any advice would be great from the Z490 enthusiasts. I’m on bios 1003.
