Valve listening to this and adding females to the game could potentially lead to them becoming more lenient with other stuff in the future.

They don't care. And it doesn't matter. How the hell can you be a pro team of all women in a game and complain that this insignificant thing 'discourages women', how are you there then?!
It definitely will not stop there though, it never does. We were told it would be just one thing 20 years ago and now you have political bullshit literally everywhere in videogames.
I mean we have female soldiers so why not? hitboxes vs female models should be optimized though.
Why would adding female characters encourage women to play? Do they not realize just how insulting they are being towards women?
Somehow, men manage just fine playing as any of the many female characters and female protagonists in video games, but somehow women can't play a game that doesn't have female characters.

dude the reason why they are less women in CS is they all left when Valorent, overwatch came out and when league rekindled.
There are already female characters in game. You obtain them through loot boxes or by buying them from other players off steam marketplace. I got one for $7. It is cheaper than any comparable skin on Valorant, Overwatch, R6S, etc.
The tweet is about adding FREE skins of female characters. I don't think this is necessary. Why would anyone pay for the paid skins if there are free ones? Taking value away from people's inventory, from the boxes the skins are rolled from, etc. And a big part of the game is people's skin/inventory value.
while i see no problem adding a stupid female as a default skin, if you ask for it and i read "diversity" or "inclusivity" words, i dont want to give you jack

Nah making them skins free will be useless im trying to trade for those skins cause theyre Expensive and i think it will increase in price its insane to make them free. Forgetting about the Market its bad decision anyways.
