I have Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 96GB Ram (CMH96GX5M2B6000C30) and I am trying for my first noob attempt to do some easy safe timing tightening.

I found this video where the gentleman mentions I might be able to use the timings with some minor tweaks. (video starts at the correct time stamp 1:31:22 with said timings)

Any help or thoughts getting it from video to paper correctly/safely would be very appreciated.
