[BO2] My BO2 Emblem Creation still doesn’t work

I recently heard that Microsoft went back and fixed the emblem creation on black ops 2, but every time I try to make an emblem it still brings up the same old error saving emblem. I’m not sure what to do. All my friends seem to have their emblem creations working fine.
