Is there a way to increase the baseline Maximum Graphics Power? I’m running:

* [NVIDIA RTX 4070 (notebook)](https://benchmarks.ul.com/hardware/gpu/NVIDIA+RTX+4070+%28notebook%29/review)
* 32GB DDR5 RAM
But as I understand it, 65W is low for a 4070. Is there a way to increase this baseline? If it’s software driven I’m using a HP Omen Transcend 14 so the Omen Gaming Hub.
