Weapon skin showing in lobby but not in game

Anyone get this issue?

It shows in the lobby [lobby](https://www.imgur.com/a/zrFzLiU) but when I pick the weapon up in the game, it’s just the default skin?

Have no idea why. Also, is it easy enough to upgrade or impossible?
