Just doing first benchmarks with my recently acquired 5700x on the new board, playing with some settings, the intention is to keep a good constant rate of freq. on CPU and GPU resulting in a good constant FPS, low input lag/latency and frame time.(OC the ram will be next)

I decided to share and let some of much more experienced people than me guide me through the process, and of course, some can be encountering similar situations.

I assume freq fluctuations is bad during high refresh rate fps gaming, where frametime/latency is important to be low as possible.I would like to come down to a faster profile, regardless the power consumption, then trying to achieve similar performance with little power draw as possible, but without affecting significantly input delay and latencies.
