Ever since Cold War introduced the Abomination, I’ve wondered what the implications of its existence means for the fate of the Apothicons and Keepers, and pretty much everything purged at the end of Black Ops 4. The Dark Aether as of right now is known to make copies of what it interacts with, as well as heavily corrupt those same things, hence the endless horde coming from it, but what does that mean for the enemies from the previous storyline? If I’m not mistaken, the Apothicons actually RESIDED in the Dark Aether. Obviously, the Abominations share the characteristics of a Margwa, but they aren’t exactly identical. Anyone savvy enough with the Dark Aether story to explain what’s going on?
