Hey, I need some help to solve this issue.
Components:
GB RTX3070Ti gaming OC 8G
Asus tuf gaming b550-plus
AMD ryzen 7 5700x
Kingston fury 32GB kit ddr4 3600mhz cl16 renegade black
Ssd kingston kc3000
Power is seasonic GC-750 gold
PC was built by the company, I just did everything else following this video https://youtu.be/xhHtHMQygzE?si=wRHfGq7Cqs0q-kXS from jayztwocents, installed Windows etc in it, including turning on DOCP which is core of actual problem atm.
So everything went absolutely fine until some months after (not exactly sure about timeline) I guess after some Windows update when it happened first time, I normally clicked shutdown and update, went away and when I came back, I saw blackscreen but RGB and fans on PC turned on with orange ram led, nothing worked, I couldnt restart nor shutdown nromally, so I had to just turn it off hardway. This exact thing proceed to happen from time to time and since then I always tried to look something up to solve this, saw many threads with similiar or same problem, but nothing worked.
Now I ll get to it finally, because it was one of those times I tried to solve it and while browsing some threads I noticed that my CPU supports only 3200mhz ram speed, although since the start when I followed the mentioned video to setup my pc last year, I chose DOCP setting “docp ddr4-3603 16-20-20-39-1.35v” which was higher preset from the two available ones and kept it like that, everything was smooth, just those rare crashes, mostly when my windows wanted an update, which I had no idea might be connected to this. So now after reading a thread, did exactly what dude said, kept DOCP on and manually changed ram speed to 3200mhz, save and exit and now my PC wont boot up.
Firstly there was a red led on MB, I tried unplugging rams, using just one ram in correct slot, tried clearing data by using CLRTC pin and even removing cmos battery following the motherbord manual, tried flashing BIOS to actual version, version before it, following asus manual, nothing, flashes were succesful tho. There is still steady red light on boot, if I hit restart, it flashes orange.
Apologize for long post and I would be grateful for some advice what to do now to boot up my pc and if it will work, how exactly I should setup speed of those rcause only DOCP presets are only either 3000mhz or mentioned 3600mhz, I am not really a PC guy just a gamer who wanted “to get promised speed out of his RAMs”.
