Direct die 5900x. Mixed results. I saw a 10-15c drop across all cores except 2. Core 8 and 10 have always been the limiting pair for the chip. And they still are. All my other cores are sitting at 60-70c but these 2 are always in the 80’s. With the ihs, without the ihs. I cant get them to run cooler like the other cores. no amount of remounting and making sure that ccd1 isnt dry has fixed it. Really weird behavior i cant explain.
