I think the rating system in CS2 just mostly shows you how much you have played its pretty ez to go up ranks if you just play a lot. Yhea your skill does help speed it up but I get in high rank lobbies with people that can't play but also see people with insane skills that probably just don't play a lot and would be a lot higher. I still love the game and always play for fun 🙂
