These are my current OC settings for the i7-6700k, I’m new to this and managed to get 4.5GHz out of it on all cores (BSOD on 4.6GHz). It’s set on adaptive voltage aswell, but as you can see the voltage doesn’t change or change much on low or high loads. I’ve been using my PC for a year like this without any system crashes or BSODs.
