You pass dozens in the train and you couldn’t tell me the colour of one, right? The lungs of the city, they call them. All 6000 of them, old as the city itself, I tell you. You know how old that is? That’s OK kid, no one knows either. But these things are as old as that. Well built too, they’re supposed to last forever. I’ll let you in on a secret, that’s a good thing ’cause ain’t no one who can fix that tech nowadays and without them… aight son, my stop’s coming up. See you tomorrow, same time… if them things don’t break down until then.
