Had this issue months ago and stopped playing the game. Every time I try to play the game I get a continuous packet burst. I also get maybe 35 fps in the menu too. I don’t think my internet is not the issue as I have it hardwired, and the download speed is about a gigabyte. The game is essentially unplayable, and I don’t have a single other issue with internet on any other game. My settings have been changed to what they should be at.
Even though it might not be accurate, task manager says my gpu util is around 20% when in game, and cpu is about 30-40%.
Has anybody had the packet burst issue? Or know how to fix it?
