Motherboard: B650 Gaming AX X
Cooler: Cooler master 240mm AIO
CPU: Ryzen 7 7700x 8-Core procesor 16 threads
Ram: G skill 32GB 6000mhz
Cl 30-38-38-96(running expo)
CPU has a PPT limit of 85, using PBO and started with a negative curve of -25 for each core individually and a thermal limit of 85c.

4.7ghz 72cc max temp reached, 10min test.
Cinabech CPU multicore 4.8ghz 62c max temp reached score 18,866 on 10 minutes test
With stock settings is reached 4.9-5ghz at around 95c, cinabech score was 19,567, on 10 minutes test.
Spent days looking around the internet for way to improve 7700x temps, I had 0 experience and finally achieved it, my fans are not that noisy now 🙂
Still have two questions for the ones with a wider knowledge.
1. Will this change affect the life of my cpu?
2. Can it cause damage in the long term?
