For anyone curious, the 22xx number at the top of each unit shows the dimensions of each in mm; e.g. 2230 refers to 22mm = 0.87″ wide, 30mm = 1.18″ long.

The number of the card is literally the size in mm why would you ever need the size in imperial.

  3. Idk anything about these but i def have the smallest one

For anyone else who has to look this up every time you go SSD shopping: 2280 is what you most likely want

Now lets go over the different M2 key types and differences from Sata M2 vs NVMe M2 drives… Why did we make so many options…

Lots of people prefer 2230 because it’s easy to handle and install. Yeah the 22110 is awesome but not for everyday use, you know?

seeing inches being used for anything other than whole numbers is like eaten brussel sprouts.. disgusting and I have to almost vomit

(whole numbers is the only exception because the industry used them as sizing. A 24″ monitor sounds better than 60,96 cm)

size doesn’t matter it’s the key type that does right ?
