Refused to accept DDR4-4000 CL16-16-16-36 1.40V 32GB (2x16GB), F4-4000C16D-32GTZRA RAM:

Do you guys see any possible reason behind that? Because I couldn’t find any except faulty RAM. I tried running only 1 RAM stick of F4-4000C16D-32GTZRA in the same slot I’m usually running a 16GB Samsung stick and the PC did not boot either.
