Several weeks ago I was making myself an electrolyte drink and added too much Potassium (2.2grams). The problem is, the Taurine and the Potassium are in the same size, color and shape containers. I was talking and mixed them up.
Well, that just about killed me. Seems the kidneys don’t like too much potassium and it can even kill you, I was right there at the almost fatal dose.
I’m just about recovered but still have trouble sleeping since my kidneys are very tender.
I can have everything ready in a day or two.
