The fancy part of town. Not fancy fancy, but fancier than 150 storeys blocks of sleeping pods like you’ll find on the outskirts. You can even get non military transports to the city from here as well as shops that provide something not entirely unlike coffee. It’s no glass tower, but still… fancy.
