just bougt a 4060 gigabyte eagle oc, and power limit it’s locked to 100% in msi afterburner, even after going kernel mode/ setting eula disclaimer in cfg file. same with gigabyte software.
any help to pick up a bios with 130% unlocked feature ?

current stable results in Cyberpunk 2077: core +225, mem +1,300 ; temp 88; fans to 100% (I’m deaf so no problem)
