Greetings!

I have a problem with my PC that RAM-latency is abnormally high. According to AIDA64, it is 104ns, and I’m at the bottom of the chart. In practice it can be a bottleneck in applications with intense (frequent) memory read/write operations, which is most obervable in some games (can be easilty compared to other players’ performance): my performance can be way worse than of people with much more modest setups. Meanwhile, if spekaing about memory speed test, I’m almost at top of the chart.

My PC is:

**CPU:** i9-10920X
**MB:** Asus Rampage VI Extreme Encore
**RAM:** 4x16GB Kit HyperX Fury (HX436C18FB4K4/64), XMP profile 3600, 4-channel.
**Timings:** 18-22-22-39.

Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) 991
Command Rate (CR) 2T
tCCD 4
tCCD_L 8
tCCD_WR 4
tCCD_WR_L 8

I did the memtest, no errors. I also ran this test ([https://github.com/ChipsandCheese/MemoryLatencyTest](https://github.com/ChipsandCheese/MemoryLatencyTest)), but not really sure what exactly it shows. Perhaps, somebody else have any reference numbers to compare with. Results are here: [https://pastebin.com/8uqrmQqz](https://pastebin.com/8uqrmQqz)

So, the question is: how to diagnose the problem and fix it (if it’s fixable)? Is it something just with this specific RAM-kit (and only replacing the RAM can help), or the problem could be somewhere else?

Let me know if some additional info about my hardware or software is needed.
