So I have purchased the game to play some CoD after maybe 10 years, however it does not start. Purchased via [Battle.net](https://Battle.net).
First the game was complaining about not being able to connect to the CoD servers – I have a really robust networking at home which has zero problems, so there is definitely no connectivity issue on my end.
After a few attempts the intro video started to play, but that is all, it just keeps on looping and no menu appears ever.
Worst thing is i can’t seem to figure out how to open a support cases with activision or ask for a game refund.
