Results are pretty similar and they were dependant on the performance more then the actual Katana choice since they are all one-shoting every enemy.
Only conclusion is that Scalpel is best for mech army because it one shot them all with electrical damage and others cant do that. This is significant because those armies are maybe the hardest part of this encounter.
Byakko (mine favorite) on the other hand is maybe the fastest because you can jump toward enemies, I just wasnt lucky with it because I had problems on this playthrough on Stage II.

Anyway Very Hard Secret Ending becomes too easy on level 50, just like the rest of the game on Very Hard after you get some usefull cyberware
