It’s been a ever evolving work in progress, started as a custom build w/i7 3770k and Gtx 660 Ti
Overtime swapped out the 660 Ti for a 780 Ti at release, and years later swapped that to a 1080 Ti, then finally a 3090 last year.
*Fun fact – have only ever bought EVGA, purchased the 3090 with the idea of doing the step up program. 🫠
As for platforms, the upgrade path hasn’t been as much.
Switched platforms to x570 with a Ryzen 5 3600x, and finally moved up to a Ryzen 7 5800x when it was on sale after the 7000 series came out.
The only original part left is a glorious Corsair AX860i from 2012!
