my performance art piece is called “5th Body”!
Every 7 years, all the cells in your body have replaced themselves at least once. In recognition of this and to embrace the impermanence of life, beauty, time and all, I saved my head for the second time. First time was at age 21, to enter my “4th Body”, and last week at age 28 to step into my new “5th Body”. I broke my fast with Soylent and spoke to the audience about my enthusiasm for the high tech future ahead of us. I had hoped to find a piercer at the festival to chip me at the end with a Dangerous Things RFID implant, but it didn’t happen, so I’ll find one this summer to chip me. ▼・ᴥ・▼
