Very cool setup! I imagine those machines are for sound, right? And what desk would you recommend for drawing? I think the wide ones are nice for this.

Man, I remember how expensive those 7750 SVHS decks were back in the day. I think around $8k USD each? We used a couple of them for tape to tape editing.

I love that mixer back in the day. Cool setup, need more photos!

Oh waily, waily, old friends… Panasonic 7750 recorder plus 7650 player, what’s on top, MX-50 board? Then Sony betacam sp, is it 9753? And good ol’ 3/4 Sony umatic 9850. How many years I’ve spent with you, guys… 😁
Super cool rig, love everything here.

I love your studio, and your style. I’d like to know if you actually use all that beautiful vintage gear, as it looks so clean.

I’d forgotten about those power master switch banks you could hook everything up to. Other than that, I’d love to know more! I’m guessing the Panasonics are S-VHS, not sure what the third item is, and trying to figure out if you have to hook up a single frame controller and a time base corrector to it all to get it to work. ^_^

I have that exact same switch panel haha, the one with 5 yellow switches and a master red one! It was incorporated into my families PC so many years ago and I’ve been meaning to add it to my setup but haven’t gotten around to it quite yet…. so funny seeing it here.
Very cool setup!
