I was done with dram timings tune, full stable after final 6h TM5 Extreme@anta777 and Ryzen X3D test, 3h CoreCycler, 8h all night VT3 y-cruncher, and a lot of playing CS2 =)
First) You need to find ur sweet spot between VSOC, VDD, other voltages and MCLK, UCLK, FCLK!
For me is 6200\2167 with tune 28 timings on Kingston 2×16 M-die.
(2200 not stable on my kit, may be I'll comeback to try 1.6-1.7v VDD with ram fans)
Try to lower tRCD 34\35- not boot or fast error in TM5.
Try tRP 34\35\36\37- not boot of fast error the same.
Try go 145-152ns- not boot, this is M-die wall near 153-154ns.
Try go tRDRD and tWRWR SCLs 4\4 not stable, 5\5 no difference, no speed gains.
Try tRDWR 14\15- no gains, unstable. tWRRD 1- not stable.
tRRDS\RRDL\tFAW 8\12\32 best performance for me, try go low ~4 or 6 or 8- unstable, or no speed gains or error in TM5…
Stop on 28-36-38-36-56 (Not to try go lower 36\56…mb later)
Its crazy
P1 low in CS2 bench +25-35fps increase between tRC 60-80 and bigger tRAS 40-60
Find sweet spot for me on tRC 56. Stable
2) AIDA latency 60-61ns is good for Ryzen 9000 I think.
ofc Hypervisor is on, the same as SecureBoot, IOMMU and TPM for Faceit AC
3) 9850x3D 5750MHz
+200MHz, CO -20 all core(#perf 1,1 gold cores -15), Scalar X1, PBO Motherboard
(Working stable -30 on 2-3 cores, -21-25 other, but unstable with FCLK 2167 and hard tuned 28-36-38-36-56 timings)
4) DIMM temp is ~44-47C without ram fan. Max 50.5 after ~2.5h stress Extreme@anta777 but its not a problem. In every game ram temp ~37-45C max with 1.52 VDD \ 1.42 VDDq after many hours of play hard. Looking for 2x60mm Noctua fans in future.
Finally- CS2
Game feels like crazy after all timings tune, no input lag, amazing fast smooth gameplay!
Bench after 5-6 runs- 359-372 P1 in 4:3 1440×1080 resolution with x4 MSAA and shadows (GPU ASUS Prime 5080 OC 3010@0.925mV +1750 mem)
Best AVG 909 fps.
If set to 1280×960 and full low cybersport settings 1150+\P1 390+
In game on Faceit its real ~650-850 avg fps with 1.9-3 ms all time
For me its more than enough. 360Hz G6 OLED Odyssey G60SD
Huge improve the results helps VDDGs 1.05\1.00, MISC 1.15, VDDP 1.05, DramDqDs 48\48Om, RttPark 6 and ofc lowering tRAS and tRC.
