Can someone guess it by chip? It's Patriot Viper 2x16GB DR kit (16x1GB chips) 6400Cl32 1.4V. I'm leaning towards M die because fRFC in FGR mode (can't set anything else) is stable under 100ns. I'm only curious, it's hard to find info
