For context
I was on win 10 for years a few days ago I was getting bombarded with the "update to win 11" so I did instead of doing a clean install i upgraded then the issues started, the upgrade was successful at first then after win11 updates it asked me to restart that is when my pc started bsod looping. I eventually did a clean install of win 11 again updated bios and everything was okay when my bios was at default settings, so after doing win11 stability test and hardware test my system was running fine I decided to turn on xmp then the issues started. on win 10 my rma was running 3600mhz with xmp profile 1 and it was okay for years but now it will bsod, so eventually I changed the frequency to 3200 and my pc will boot with no issues i also did test on my hardware and everything was okay i did memtest occt and it was good, until i did the occt cpu+ram test where errors popped up i did occt ram test and an error would pop up (ram is at 3200mhz)
I did some digging and it saying that my timing and voltage is not correct but im really not familiar with changing timing and voltage on my bios i dont really want to just follow stuff online bc my hardware is different. If anyone can take a look at this I would be very thankful as much as i wanna run 3600 again like on win 10 3200mhz is okay for me if it means my system is stable.
