i just flashed a Palit RTX 3060 12 GB (Dual OC) BIOS to a Manli RTX 3060 using nvflashk
it unlocked up to 190W of Power and also pushed the Manli RTX 3060 boost clock from 1777Mhz to 1837 MHz (small but still good)
