How do I fix this please it’s so annoying [cod]

I’ve played 360 before but now I’m on series X and for some reason I can’t play Co op campaign I’m already connected to the internet and can play any other game but not co op it keeps giving this bs and I can’t fix it no matter what I need help urgently
