I was watching a thing on what actually happened during the arasaka bombing and this was on screen for a second.
I always assumed Johnny’s vest was a bulletproof vest so if it’s not that explains it.
My only ideas are that it’s some kind of self healing material, or something that was poured in post damage to fix the holes.
Does anyone know if it’s stated somewhere in the lore what was used as bulletproof armor during the 2000’s-2020’s? And if it was based on anything or if it’s an unexplained thing?
