Playing MOTB on the PS4 has certainly brought back some memeories. But i can't help to feel frustrated about not being able to complete the EE in such an iconic map.
I always wondered why Treyarch didnt give MOTD the Moon solution about the maps easter egg.
In moon you are always Richtofen on solo, since you need him for ceratin steps on the maps EE.
I think about two scenarios about Mob's EE:
- You always play as Weasel on solo, and on the last step of the EE when you board the plane in afterlife mode, just when you land on the bridge you get a gamer over with "the cycle is broken" message screen since there are no other mobster to fight
- You can randomly play as any character as usual, and on the last step of the EE after you board the plane in afterlife mode, just when you land on the bridge you get a gamer over with "The Cycle is Broken" message screen if you were Wasel, and a "The Cycle continues" message screen if you were any of the other mobsters. I like more this one since all characters have some kick ass lines and would like to have the chance to hear them all, also the reset button in BO2 is quite fast so cycling through characters on solo in order to get to be Weasel would take seconds.
I think its pretty straight forward and would even be much simpler to code. i know i know, the EE is about Weasel fighting the other guys and breaking the cycle in purgatory but c'mon, at least give solo players the chance to get the trophy and leave the shootout in the golden gate bridge as a bonus for playing with other people
