New PB for my setup (7800X3D, 5090). Biggest improvement came from disabling features in Nvidia driver settings (Nvidia control app) which I neglected to do before such as anti-lag. I think this is the highest possible without a volt-mod and water-block. The biggest limiter is voltage rather than power or temperature. Used a flat +220 core and +3000 mem in Afterburner. Also spent some time dialing in per-core PBO and memory tuning but I doubt they had much impact. My RAM kit is Cl40-40-40-77 with Expo so not the best for benchmarks (Samsung die). Still, pretty happy with this score, never thought I could get over 17K on air.
