MGM Resorts International Wednesday reported 2026 second quarter revenue of $4.5 billion, an increase of 1% year-over-year.

Net income attributable to MGM Resorts was $292 million during 2Q26, compared to $49 million in the prior year’s quarter. Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA was $610 million in 2Q26, compared to $648 million year-over-year.

“MGM Resorts once again demonstrated the strength of our diversified portfolio with record second quarter consolidated revenue driven by a second consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth for Las Vegas Strip Resorts, all-time best Regional Operations same-store quarterly revenue, and 20% year-over-year revenue growth at MGM Digital,” said MGM Resorts International President and CEO Bill Hornbuckle in a statement. “Alongside this momentum in our existing operations, we continue to build for the future with investment in the largest integrated resort in the world, MGM Osaka, on track for 2030 opening, as well as returns on our digital businesses.”

MGM’s Las Vegas Strip resorts posted revenue of $2.2 billion in 2Q26, compared to $2.1 billion in the prior year quarter, an increase of 3%. Segment Adjusted EBITDAR was $735 million in 2Q26, compared to $710 million year-over-year, an increase of 3%

Revenue from regional operations reached $924 million in 2Q26 compared to $965 million year-over-year, a decrease of 4%. Segment Adjusted EBITDAR from regional operations was $280 million 2Q26, compared to $309 million in the prior year quarter, a decrease of 9%

MGM China posted revenue of $1.1 billion in 2Q26, which was relatively flat compared to the prior year quarter. Segment Adjusted EBITDAR was $257 million, compared to $301 million in the prior year quarter, a decrease of 15%. Intercompany branding license fee expense increased by $21 million over the prior year quarter.

MGM Digital, which consists of LeoVegas and other consolidated subsidiaries that offer interactive gaming but does not include the BetMGM North America venture posted revenue of $196 million during 2Q26 compared $164 million 2Q25, an increase of 20%. Digital suffered a Segment Adjusted EBITDAR loss of $31 million, compared to a loss of $26 million 2Q25.

MGM Resorts International closed at $45.83 on the Nasdaq, down $0.37, or 0.8%.
