This feature needs to come back [COD]

All the times people back out of matches for no reason because of a map they don't like or fact they can't carry or carry to much in a losing/easy fight has gotten ridiculous thus I feel they should bring back warnings and penalties for leaving… Make it fair to everyone who wants to play and for others who keep getting outnumbered in lobbies because of terrible partners.
