My main account got compromised, so I created a temporary account last week. Every support ticket I submitted just got an automated bot response, so I got frustrated and gave up.
Today I tried again, but it told me my temporary account was more than 3 days old and that I had to create a new one. After creating another new account, I’m getting responses like this. Is their brain even working?
