I was told I could probably run this from the comments in my last post, so I decided to try it out yesterday morning. Did 2 cycles of TestMem5 Extreme1anta777 in the morning, but I didn't feel like staring at a stress test screen, so decided a more fun stress test would be Star Citizen and some Forza Horizon 6. Played all day fine no issues, then left the PC on all night, and decided to start the stress test this morning before I went to work for a few hours. Aida is with latency killer off (obviously) with the PC running for 22 hours with quite a few back ground tasks going, so not a de bloated fresh launched test by any means. I tried 6400Mhz CL28 again, and it is just challenging getting stable with GDM off. This just works, so think these are the settings I will settle at now.
